Data collected
When you use the form, we receive your name, business email address, organisation, selected subject and the message you submit.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a discussion or demonstration and manage the pre-contractual relationship. Processing is based on your request and ZAPP’s legitimate interest in responding to it.
Transmission and storage
The form content is sent to the ZAPP team by email. It is not stored as content in WordPress. Data is neither sold nor used for marketing unrelated to your request.
Protection against automated submissions
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes the technical information required for bot verification. This verification protects the form and website infrastructure.
Retention period
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and manage the relationship, then archived or deleted according to ZAPP’s applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict its processing, or object where permitted by law. Send your request to dpo@zappsl.com.
Complaint
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
