Data controller
ZAPP SL, Calle Asturias 4, 28850 Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, Spain, publisher of Ecaldima.
Data collected
When you use the form, we receive your name, business email address, organisation, selected subject and the message you submit.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a discussion or demonstration and manage the pre-contractual relationship. Processing is based on your request and ZAPP’s legitimate interest in responding to it.
Transmission and storage
The form content is sent to the ZAPP team by email. It is not stored as content in WordPress. Data is neither sold nor used for marketing unrelated to your request.
Document requests
To download a sheet or brochure, you give your e-mail address and, if you wish, your consent to receive our news. We send you a link valid for 7 days; if it is not clicked, the request is deleted when it expires. When you click it, the ZAPP team receives your address and the chosen document, and your browser keeps for 12 months a cookie containing only a random identifier, so that you do not have to give your address again. Your address is used to send you the document and, at most, to contact you once about it; news is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. These data are kept for 3 years after the last contact.
Protection against automated submissions
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes the technical information required for bot verification. This verification protects the form and website infrastructure.
Retention period
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and manage the relationship, then archived or deleted according to ZAPP’s applicable obligations.
Anonymous statistics are kept for no more than 24 months and are then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict its processing, or object where permitted by law. Send your request to dpo@zappsl.com.
Complaint
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
